At Tuminds, we’ve worked with thousands of small businesses over the last 19 years, helping them navigate everything from website fixes to social media strategy. And very often, we’ve heard the same struggles come up:

Over the years, we’ve helped many of these businesses ourselves or referred them to other digital specialists. As a result, we managed to create a vast network of digital specialists, each with their own specialisation and trusted to help our clients with their specific issues.

To make it easier for clients to connect with trusted digital specialists, we have launched a concierge style service called: Digital Helpdesk.

Why we started Digital Helpdesk

Running a business is hard enough without digital problems getting in the way. Whether it’s a broken website, a hacked email, or just needing help setting up Mailchimp or Google Analytics, it’s not always easy to know where to turn.

I have often recommended (and indeed, used ourselves) freelancer websites like Fiverr or PeoplePerHour, but we know many business owners in Scotland prefer to work with people they can trust, who understand the local market and are just a phone call or Zoom away.

This wasn’t a new idea; we’ve had it in the back of our minds for years. With an increasing number of clients seeking our assistance with issues such as hacked Facebook pages, WordPress or Wix problems, setting up email accounts, or resolving Office 365 issues, we finally decided it was time to take action and make the process easier, quicker and more accessible.

That’s where Digital Helpdesk comes in.

What Is Digital Helpdesk?

Digital Helpdesk is a new service powered by us, Tuminds, designed specifically for small businesses in Scotland. It connects you with experienced digital specialists, people we know and trust, who can help with whatever digital issue you’re facing.

The process is really simple:
