New Dawn, New Day…

New dawn, new day ... new job!  This was the week I started as the new Office Manager at Tuminds. There is so much that’s been new this week, from a new boss, new office, new team mates, new computer to the introduction to some new business applications I’ll be using to facilitate a highly functional office and support a professional service that you would expect from Tuminds.

I couldn’t have gotten off to a better start with the warmest of welcomes on Monday from Rene, Sheila, Hanan, Rachael and Jayne.  I arrived to find a lovely vase of roses sitting on my new desk, along with a card and some cakes!  Throughout the week, I was also introduced to the lovely people in Dynam , also based here at Wester Inshes Farmhouse.  Did I mention Gin and Tonic?  No, it’s not what you think – G&T are two of the cutest farmhouse cats who patrol the garden and like to greet you on arrival each morning just to say hello.

During the next few weeks as I settle into my new role, I look forward to working with Rene and the team, embracing my new duties in the office, with a firm focus on customer relationship management and client engagement, and very importantly, making sure everyone in the team feels supported in their roles.

It’s all good and I’m raring to go.
